		<description><![CDATA[UPBEAT is an experimental branding campaign based on personal interest in professional branding strategy.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>UPBEAT is an experimental branding campaign based on my personal interest in branding strategies. A design concept is for a theoretical Art Deco Jazz Lounge located in downtown Toronto, that would have a very upbeat and swinging ambiance. This lounge would be a place for urban professional who loves to gather at least once a week. The branding strategy is to to draw attention to their target audience that the lounge is fitting and almost exclusive to their social class and age group, and that its cozy, comfortable and a great place to relax.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This design was for Scinagro, which is a new product line by the jewelry suppliers <a href="http://www.bartel-weissbarth.com/" target="_blank">“Bartel” and “Weissbarth”</a>.  Their aim is to promote a new line of products that utilizes eco friendly techniques to create jewelries through natural materials such as woods or leaves.  Scinagro is actually ‘Organics’ spelled backward.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>German born freelance architect Amica Laura Schreiber tried to build up her own brand by tasking me to help design this exciting logo.  She is a fresh graduate in architecture, and the concept behind this logo was to turn her first name Laura into a constructive building, to really place herself in the audiences’ head when they think of her architectural work.  Laura’s architectural theme was eco-friendly, and thus the green colored theme.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The project here was to conceptualize and design T-shirts for N4E1’s Fall/Winter 2009 line. There was high level of creative freedom in this series, as the theme was pop culture.  The Recession Proof design for example reflects the recession crisis of today.  The “everyone will be famous for 15 minutes” is the famous quote by Andy Warhol.  I find that these themes though reflects pop culture of today, they are time endearing as well as these same cultural themes repeats themselves throughout history (i.e. recession is a repetitive cycle and there are always going to be one-hit-wonders in today and future entertainment industry).</p>
